Refunds shall be made according to the specifications below; the payment shall be processed in maximum 30 days from the closing of the Symposium.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds shall be made according to the specifications below; corresponding payment shall be processed in maximum 30 days from the closing of the event.
• Registration Cancellation until 30 September 2016:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 30 euro (VAT included) / participant from the registration fee.
• Registration Cancellation starting with 01 October 2016:
There will be no refunding of the registration fee.
• Participant’s change or replacement
- The Organizers will charge 10 eur per participant
- Deadline for participant’s change or replacement: 20 November 2016; after this date, no other changes / replacements will be accepted.
- The registered participants will send a written ntification to Mosaic Events, via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax at +40 21 212 27 02.
