All scientific abstracts submitted via the online form will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium.
Participants are kindly asked to mention the preferred presentation type when submitting the online abstract form. For an optimum structure of the scientific program, please note that changes may appear in the presentation types selected by the participants.
The final decision regarding the presentation (oral communication or e-Poster) belongs exclusively to the Symposium Scientific Committee.
After finalizing the evaluation process, the results will communicated via e-mail to all participants that have submitted papers.
The e-mail will be sent to the address stated in Step 1 - Contact person of the Abstract Submission Form.
If the contact person is not the presenting author, please be so kind as to forward the message sent by the Organizers to the person designated to present the paper.
Depending on the presentation type allotted during the evaluation, you will receive a guideline with useful information for your presentation.
All accepted abstracts will be presented during the Symposium by presenting authors registered no later than 19 September 2016. If the presenting author cannot attend the Symposium, they must delegate and announce a replacement by sending a written notification in due time to the Symposium Management, at email@example.com.
